When making a purchase using our online store, customers outside of the U.S. will not automatically be charged for shipping as a part of buying their product(s). This is not because shipping is free, but rather because the shipping options are so numerous and the costs so varied that shipping charges need to be calculated after the customer has selected a shipping method. International customers may if they wish provide their FedEx, United Parcel Service, or DHL account number for use in making a shipment. Some customers want their shipment as quickly as possible, regardless of cost. Others want it as inexpensively as possible, regardless of speed. In between, there are many options that provide various combinations of speed and economy, and these differ by destination country. The United States Postal Service has agreements with the postal services of more than 50 countries around the world under which Global Priority Mail or Express Mail shipments may be made, and the rates are often relatively economical. We reserve the option to include a signature required for delivery and/or insurance (for the replacement of tapes lost or damaged in shipment) in the shipping charge. (If we are going to require either or both of these things, we will inform you of the cost prior to completing your selection of a shipping option.) To determine the international shipping charge, email us with the exact product(s) to be ordered (or that have already been ordered) and the complete shipping address (including postal code and phone number). Let us know if you are looking mostly for speed, mostly for economy, or for a balance of the two. We will respond with the shipping service options and charges within one business day. Email us here. After you have selected a shipping option, we will explain how you may pay your shipping charge online.
