A. Media Rate (5-12 days) - $4.25 The first three options are clear and cover any size order. If you select "Faster," the shipping charge is not free. You will need to email us at ship@ecoiq.com or call toll free at 866-658-4848 (from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday) to get a quote on overnight or two day shipping options and costs. We will need the exact product(s) to be ordered (or that have already been ordered) and the complete shipping address (including postal code and phone number). "Faster" shipments cannot be made to Post Office boxes. After you have selected a shipping option, we will explain how you may pay your shipping charge online. Customers may if they wish provide their FedEx or United Parcel Service account number for use in making their shipment. We reserve the option to include a signature required for delivery and/or insurance (for the replacement of products lost or damaged in shipment) in "faster" shipping charges. If we are going to include either or both of these things, we will inform you of the cost before you complete your selection of a shipping option. Shipping options for customers outside of the United
